Why Johnny Depp loose his UK trial against the Sun?

Two questions keeps popping in anyone's head who sees the trial that Johnny Depp filed against Amber Heard:

A- Why had he lost the trial against the Sun newspaper?

B- Why are there lots and lots of evidence in a domestic violence trial in the first place? Which is never heard before in a DV case!

I don't claim to know , but I just watched this Discovery documentary that despite partly pro amber , it also represented his UK lawyer who clearly was whole-heartedly convinced of Johnney's innocence from her aligations.

Here is the Why he lost this trial:

The Murdoch's who owned the Sun, were very afraid to lose the credibility of their journal, so they hired a very well known pirahna lawyer, who when she talked didn't seem that convinced by Amber claims, but she was astonished by the amount of EVIDENCE that fell in her hands!

(Remember that Amber was dating Musk, who owns Tesla, and the Murdoch's are partners in it).

So what are these evidence?

1-Photos of Amber beaten, with no police or medical proof, only linked to the timing of text messages she wrote to her friends, her mother, or to HERSELF, an UNSEND email!, etc.!!

2- Audio recordings, which apparently, she got the main bulk of all their supposedly "therapeutic recording sessions". I don't know how she convinced Johnny of this, but may be it was an advice of some of her psychologists to him!!. Take care that some of the audios are not mutually concented, she secretly did some alone. After the restraining order she recorded the San Francisco meeting, which he discovered at the end. And one phone recording was done by him, the one she threatened him that she has planted ALL the needed Evidence from the Beginning and no one would believe that she is such a mastermind!!!

3- THE TURNING POINT: the real thing that lead to the downhill of the trial was, his former lawyer gave ACCESS(before leaving Depp) to the defence to all his text messages!!!!!!!!!!

His UK lawyer said politely, this was a "Mistake" from his former lawyer. Those messages were all the defence has to do to prove that Johnny is a Savage!! Burn Amber, Kill Amber, the MONSTER, etc. And when an introvert Rockband musician is talking, that is the way he talks! He has been a repel all his life, with abstract humor, which everybody loved , because there was no violence behind. Besides, he confessed candidly to using all sorts of drugs and alcohol in his life, to show his truth while testifying.

But wait.....She brought the violence part INTO the equation, which when accompanied by those humorous texts will turn into tye most vile and cruel evidence!!!

Not "A mistake", I don't believe so, too simple to be True!!!. But may be the defence were in cohots with the discarded lawyer, this is more likely, because those texts are what made the case more believable, as she has NO proof except some crumy photos with no Medical consultation or police reporting whatsoever !!!!

Even the restraining order was based on a call to 911 on May 2016, she claimed that the police tried to protect her and convince her to file charges, but the truth from the Camera of both officers, there was simply nothing to report!!!! She lied in court !!!

This lost trial caused all hollywood to boycott Johnny, so why sue a foreign newspaper and damage himself if not for the truth!

He chose court not public media circus at first, because he is a private person , with may be an introvert personality , that NEVER sought media attention! Why would he chose to publicly humiliate and expose himself and his life all of a sudden , except that he did NOT do any thing wrong. Does a violent person goes after a Journal to prove his innocene , while his supposedly beaten ex wife is the primary and most important witness!! And he already knows about the recordings and the photos, she used them in the divorce proceedings!!

They just had to leak his personal texts and destroy the case!!!!

That is why he requested public trial this time! For the world to see her lies! Because as his UK lawyer said " she paints fascinating and detailed pictures that just couldn't be true, and every time her testimony and depositions keep changing"
