There is an audio of 4 hours submitted to the court in April the 20th 2022. I believe this audio took place in September 2015 (After she chopped off his finger). This audio is a FOUR HOUR recording apparently Amber convinced Johnny to do it for their own marriage's sake!!! They could hear bits and pieces to remind themselves of the promises they made or the anger issues they had!!

So it starts like this; in the previous night Johnny is with Isaac for too long, because Isaac needed some attention, so he stayed there, and practically lingered at Isaac’s door for 15 minutes at the end of their conversation (remember Isaac is the painter who is living in one of the penthouses). So Amber gets soooo upset about this and starts to fight and gets physical (where she hits his side of the brain at his ears, then claims “I am sorry I love that brain”) and then takes two pills and closes the door, so Johnny is out of the room and sleeps till the morning.

The next day, which is the day of the recording, she convinces him that he has to stay and “WORK IT OUT”, which could be the theme song of this audio for Amber!

Pointers on how she proposed to “WORK IT OUT”:

1- She is “HUMAN”, so she could get angry whenever she feels like it!, but Johnny can get sooo angry from her point of view, that she can’t stand his anger!!

2- She is “THE BIGGER PERSON” because she is always the one to try to “FIX” the marriage, well Johnny points out that she is the one who starts the physical fights, that is why he cannot go to her first, or her temper might escalate their problems!!

3- SHE GIVES HIM TWO TABLETS OF ZANAX ACROSS THE CONVERSATION!!!! Giving drugs is one thing, giving drugs to an addict that you claim to sober up and “SAVE” is another thing. And despite him talking very calmly and soothingly to her (WE AS FANS NEED AN AUDIOBOOK OF THIS VOICE!), she gives him the Zanax to calm him because he is “getting angry”!! I noticed that she gives him the tablet when she feels he is still focused, pointing well validated flags in her lies, and try after giving him the tablet to insert her lies, profiting from his increased stuttering that is heightened by the drug, so he has no reasonable time to reply to any of her claims. Thus you will listen to a fired-up one-sided conversation in 70% of the recording. Johnny will give up at many parts due to the constant nagging and the drug effect!

4- He mentions that the Zanax plays with the mood and the psyche, which has to be right!, and she says “NOOO” it only slows that heart rate, and this calms you, and nothing to the mood, and her reason is she IS STILL ANGRY AND IN BAD MOOD!

5- ONE RED FLAG: he asked her if she ever had children before since she is reaching 30! That means that this man never knew her true story or searched her background, he fell for her blindly!! And her answer was more disturbing: you have children? That is a miracle? (more insults!), to which he replies: yes it IS magical. AND the question never gets answered!!

6- She kept circling around like a Mary-Go-Round about the word “SORRY”, it all started with Johnny pointing to her that she says sorry a lot with no purpose or remorse, without any intention of solving the problem that caused her to be sorry about (Physical fights, constant badgering, constant insults in any shape and every shape), so basically the word doesn’t mean anything to her, and it is wrong of her to think that a word can be a solution in itself without any real consideration to the problem that caused it!!! That made her CRAZY!!! She kept talking for two hours about how she is humble because she says the word, and he is egotistic about it and so and so. At the end, I HATED THE WORD IMMENSELY!!

7- She is a show-off: basically when she likes a word in the fight, SHE thinks is sophisticated, she will keep repeating it and repeating it (validate myself to you, I am humble, I am the bigger person, I am Ernest). She keeps repeating the words and topics for four hours, he even yawns at some points.

8- She starts with a subject and when she is caught in her lies, she starts screaming and insulting and ……..

9- She is always mentioning “I AM NOT SAFE”, “we need boundaries”, and “ I need promises from you”. Yet when he asks her to stop the physical fights, she says “I CAN NOT PROMISE YOU THAT, I GET ANGRY”!!!!!!

10-She said, “YOUR HOMES, I don’t have the financial means to have a home”. She complains that she has had no work since February!! And he does have a job!!!!

11-She is trying to make him jealous by a seemingly fictitious story about an Arab that touches and kisses her, and when he said this is not the way she told the story before, she calls him a coward, and forgetful or has an ulterior memory.

12-Her main issue in nagging is him “SPLITTING DURING THE FIGHT”, I think that point took all the coverage in the world, but I have to mention that she thinks fighting like a bully is the healthy way to establish a marriage!!!

13-There was TORONTO, he hadn’t mentioned going to ta party and surprised her that she has to dress and go to the party with him, but she has already removed her makeup, which Johnny replies (Only Your Lipstick!), so she screams that she was in her PJs and had a movie ready, which made her angry and hit him!! So he left for a days and got his ring out (I think), and she decided to end the marriage by searching for apartments and calling lawyers (according to her claims, which keep changing all the time). So basically it would have been the great divorce! But unfortunately, it didn’t happen!

14-The other incident is RIO, where she mentions how she got sooo angry she got physical because he didn’t get the plane earlier , so she could have a shower and rest before her big audition (for VERA IN AQUAMAN), and due to the small space of the plane as Johnny mentions, he couldn’t escape her, so her pushed her away during the attack, BUT “I AM NOT WRONG” she said, yes of course she is human, we established that point!
